On November 18, 2004, ISAA held its first annual Iranian Cuisine Night, which was a dinner social gathering at the Persian Center. Iranians of all ages attended the event and brought their non-Iranian friends to introduce them to the delicacies of Iranian food. Since many more people came than were expected, a back-up supply of 5 pizzas was ordered to alleviate demand!
